Lanikai Beach is open 24×7 and, like all Hawaiian beaches, open to the public.
Lanikai Beach is completely free, with no entrance fees or other cost.
Parking on the streets is free, though follow all posted signs – tickets can be quite costly!
The best parking option is the nearby Kailua Beach Park parking lots.
